Learn the barre basics as you work all the major muscle groups in this low impact 50 minute class!

           BARRE STRETCH

 

A low impact class focusing on yoga and ballet infused moves to lengthen and stretch the major muscle groups.

     * Fridays @ 10am

            SATURDAY NIGHT BARRE

 

A fun, dance based barre workout set to 70's music! Stay after for light snacks, fun music, and socializing!
