About 

My name is Lisa Tolnay-Waldon. I'm a 40-something wife and mom. I discovered my love of barre about two and a half years ago. Since I started doing barre I feel better and my body has become stronger. That does not mean that I have the perfect body. I am a work in progress. I have struggled with my weight since the birth of my daughter. After about three years of feeling worse than I had ever felt in my life, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism. With medication, I feel much better, but still struggle with fatigue and excess weight that does not seem to budge. My main focus now is to feel healthy and to make my body feel strong and toned.

I have worked hard to become a certified barre instructor. I absolutely love it! I am committed to helping as many people feel strong and healthy as possible. I look forward to seeing you at the barre!
